Creating DVDs can be an iffy proposition. The format and files are VERY specific and the disc must be formatted with precision for it to work on any DVD player. The .vob files contain the actual video. All the other files are support files to tell the DVD player how the disc works, menus and navigation etc. EACH disc and its contents should be copied to the new DVD (use a DVD +R disc), like a disc image. Make sure you keep contents for each disc segregated. Results are not guaranteed to work in all DVD players but you may have luck that way. Hope this helps - you may have to make a few "coasters" before you get it right.
